Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh is almost out of the 10th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to an injury in the shoulder. According to the reports , the timing for the recovery of Marsh has not been fixed so far and that is why it is considered impossible to get involved in the IPL tournament starting on April 5.
Marsh, who became part of the Australian Test team on tour, suffered a left shoulder injury during a second Test match in Bangalore, due to which he went back to Australia after the second Test. They have surgery on their shoulders. It may take about nine months for them to recover completely.
Australian team’s physio David Beckley said, “Marsh has been playing with his shoulder injury for most of the time. We have tried to handle it till now, but now it has become even more serious. Therefore, the level at which they should be performing the game, they will not be able to play at that level right now.
Mitchell Marsh plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on behalf of Rising Pune Supergiants .
