The 10th season of the Indian Premier League is going to start soon but it is a bad news for cricket lovers. After the Indian team’s exhausting domestic season in which team played 13 Test matches with New Zealand, England, Bangladesh and Australia, there is a growing chances of the players getting out of the IPL .

India’s star off spinner and Rising Pune Supergiant IPL team player Ravichandran Ashwin has been out of the 2017 due to sports hernia . Ashwin’s absence is a big blow to his team Rising Pune Supergiant .
Ashwin is likely to be out of the ground for the next six to eight weeks. Although they are likely to be fit for the Champions Trophy starting in June. Ashwin will soon start his rehabilitation.

Ashwin is considered to be one of the IPL‘s most successful bowler, and he has taken more than 100 wickets so far. Ashwin, who played for Chennai Super Kings in the opening eight seasons, was seen in the team of Rising Pune Supergiant last year.

Ashwin bowled a lot during the recently concluded domestic Test season of India, and Ashwin used to bowl 738.2 overs in 13 test matches played during this period, which is one of the highest overs thrown by any Indian bowler in one season.

In the recently concluded Test series with Australia, he took 21 wickets in the Test series and he was second in the list of highest wicket taker after Ravindra Jadeja (25). Ashwin became the fastest wicket tacker bowler to take 250 Test wickets in February. Ashwin broke the record of Dennis Lillee (48 Tests) while doing so in 45 Tests.

Ashwin was injured during the Test series against England in December. After this he was not played semifinal match of Ranji Trophy against Karnataka .
